The Opportunity

Reporting to the Executive Assistant, you will be responsible for welcoming and assisting visitors, general office duties, and being the face and voice of our Company. First impressions are a driving force in business and therefore, your role, manners, knowledge, and helpfulness are extremely influential as a reflection on the entire Company.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Greeting visitors with a positive, helpful attitude;
  • Ensuring visitors are comfortable and announcing them as necessary;
  • Ability to communicate information accurately, clearly, and as intended;
  • Assisting with a variety of administrative tasks, including copying and scanning documents;
  • Maintaining and preparing meeting rooms;
  • Maintaining tidiness of common areas;
  • Monitoring, controlling, and ordering office supplies;
  • Answering, forwarding, and screening phone calls in a professional manner;
  • Receiving, sorting, and distributing mail and courier packages;
  • Other duties as required.

  • Represents the Company in a consistent and professional manner;
  • Conscientious, thorough, accurate, and reliable when performing and completing job tasks;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
  • Balances interests of a variety of stakeholders; readily readjusts priorities to respond to pressing and changing demands;
  • Astute time management skills;
  • Able to contribute positively as part of a team.

Your Credentials

  • Minimum education level of a High School Diploma is required;
  • Two to three (2-3) years Reception experience preferred;
  • Intermediate level computer skills in MS Office products including Outlook, Skype Business, Excel, Word and other programs;
  • Accurate and efficient typing skills.
