Job Description
Service Advisor is needed at our Ponoka Chrysler dealership. As one of the prominent faces to our customers you must have excellent communication and inter-personal skills to go along with your exceptional ability to promote and sell our products and services. Job Summary
- Act as product advisor related to automotive needs and requirements of customer’s vehicle
- Be able to meet and exceed dealership and corporate targets
- Greeting customers in a friendly courteous manner both in person and on the phone
- Create and close repair orders
- Keep the customer informed on diagnosis of problems and cost of repairs
- Knowledge of and skill in selling maintenance programs
- Monitors repair work to make sure vehicles are ready on time and inform the customer of any delays
- Process repair order payments
Employment Requirements
- High School Diploma, GED or equivalent
- Superior customer service skills
- Organizational abilities required
- Basic Computer skills
- Knowledge of CDK and MPI systems is considered an asset
- Willing to train the right individual
