Your contribution:

  • Recruit and provide training for service department staff to promote customer satisfaction and high-quality service
  • Ensure that customer complaints and misunderstandings are handled in a fair, timely and professional manner
  • Generate and continually strive to increase labor sales by planning and executing our service advertising.
  • Evaluation of our service advisors while offering continual training
  • Ensure all staff are complying with our policies and procedures
  • Control department budgets and other expenses

What it takes to be a part of our team:

  • 5 years experience in an automotive dealership service department
  • Strong analytical, organizational and people skills
  • Ability to work constructively with members form all departments within the dealership
  • Working knowledge of ADP or similar
  • Comfortable dealing with a fast-paced environment, confrontation, and deadlines
  • Ability to motivate and train department staff
